Pujolas thanks Sloane for his letter and regrets that he has no interesting news. If Sloane would like any particular information he would be happy to help. Pujolas wishes he could have been more useful to Sloane’s brother during his visit. Moise Pujolas (d. 1729) was a Huguenot refugee and clergyman. He was naturalised in Britain in 1696. Pujolas served as Secretary to the General Assembly of the French Churches in London and Governor of the Hospital for Poor French Protestants in 1728 (https://collections.royalsociety.org/DServe.exe?dsqIni=Dserve.ini&dsqApp=Archive&dsqCmd=Show.tcl&dsqDb=Persons&dsqPos=0&dsqSearch=%28Surname%3D%27pujolas%27%29).
