Chamberlayne plans on releasing a new edition of his ‘State of Gr. Br.’ He wants ‘the best Ingraver in London’ to work on it and asks Sloane to suggest one for him. John Chamberlayne was a translator and editor specializing in modern languages which he studied at the University of Leiden.
