Keill did not formally attend medical school, but through the patronage of Sloane he obtained the degree of MD from Cambridge.     Lord Leominster found much relief from the 'Oxymel of Squills', but breathing remains difficult for him. His legs are less swollen than they were the last time Keill wrote on July 3. See: Sloane MS 4042, fol. 2.
