He recommends 'Cold bathing to strengthen the Parts outwardly & a decoction of the drying and strengthening Woods inwardly mix'd with other Medicines I have known to be sometimes serviceable in such Cases'. Stephens will wait for Sloane's direction before changing the boy's regimen.
