Lady Catherine Cavendish (1665-1712) was the daughter of Henry Cavendish, 2nd Duke of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Frances Pierrepont. She married Thomas Tufton, 6th Earl of Thanet in 1684, becoming Lady Thanet
