    Stone the size of a lamb's kidney recently came away. The pain was so bad that she thought herself at point of death. She was now sore in those parts and suffering from inward and outward piles. Mrs. Shelton was going to wait on Sloane with their "due acknowledgements." Requested further advice for current problems.
