    Sloane wrote a letter dated July 30. She has also tried chalybeats and Aeth. min.

    Howman notes that they have already tried a treatment like the one suggested by Sloane.


    Response:

    The treatment had good success, but "has not as yet prov'd so effectual as wholly to remove the most urgent & troublesome symptomes". Chalybeates increase her heats, but Aeth. min. is agreeable.
