This letter is a verbatim copy of Sloane MS 4045, fols. 135-136. Frederik Ruysch was a Dutch botanist and anatomist who came to prominence for his study of the lymphatic system. He preserved many of his anatomical specimens, some of which were human, and his collection of curiosities was visited by the likes of Peter the Great (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frederik_Ruysch).
