Keill did not formally attend medical school, but through the patronage of Sloane he obtained the degree of MD from Cambridge.     Lempster's 'Dropsy' is still serious. Keill gave him some 'Glyster:' to induce urination. 'His pulse continues much as before, his memory fails him' and he is having difficulty breathing.
