Fuller’s patient, Mrs Streatfield, requested that he solicit Sloane’s medical advice. Thomas Fuller (1654-1734) was a physician. He was admitted Extra-Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians in 1678/9 and practiced medicine at Sevenoaks, in Kent (http://munksroll.rcplondon.ac.uk/Biography/Details/1677).
