Steigertahl received ‘les Transactions no 399’ Sloane sent with Mr Mustapsa. He encloses money for them. He is waiting for word on the books Mr Schlüter bought and whether Mr Rosenhagen has sent them. ‘Madm la Duchesse’ is to arrive soon. Steigertahl discusses how the books will be paid for. He will give the address to ‘Madame Wolf l’Agente de sa Majesté à Hamburg’ when the auction is finished. Johann Georg Steigertahl (1666-1740) was the personal physician to George I of England.
