Fuller does not want to be forgotten when he dies, so he has collected his papers and decided upon writing a ‘Book concerning the Small Pox’. He hopes to have the support of Sloane and the Royal College of Physicians. Thomas Fuller (1654-1734) was a physician. He was admitted Extra-Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians in 1678/9 and practiced medicine at Sevenoaks, in Kent (http://munksroll.rcplondon.ac.uk/Biography/Details/1677).
