[Cannons?] Dr:2:1727: I must entreat your forgiveness for not attending you at yt. Royal Society in behalf of my good Friend Sr. Hans Sloane, but yt. Civilities I have receiv’d from ye ArchBishop would not sa..r Me to be against a gentleman who was so near a Relation of his grace’s & whom He was so desirous of using at yt. Head of ye.
