Domenico Ferrari (d. 1744) practiced law in Naples before traveling to England, where he met Sir Thomas Coke, Earl of Leicester. He converted to Anglicanism and worked as Leicester’s librarian until his death in 1744. Ferrari was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1723.
