Franz Kiggelaer (baptized 4 December 1648, Haarlem – buried 22 December 1722, The Hague) was a dutch botanist, apothecary and curator of the garden of Simon van Beaumont in Leiden. In 1690 he published the Horti Beaumontiani, collaborated with Frederik Ruysch, and had the genus Kiggeleria named in his honor by Linnaeus.
Andreas von Gundelsheimer is was a German doctor , born in 1668 in Feuchtwangen and died onIn Stettin .
The son of a pastor, he studied at Ansbach then at Altdorf where he graduated in medicine in 1688. He accompanied a rich trader in Italy.He then practiced in Paris where he became friends with Joseph Pitton de Tournefort (1656-1708) and accompanied him on his journey from Greece to Iran.They parted at Constantinople and returned to Germany.
Gundelsheimer served as a military doctor before retiring to Berlin.Prince Elector Frederic I (1657-1713) took him as councillor and ennobled him.He created the anatomical museum in Berlin.He accompanied Frederick William I (1688-1740) during the campaign of Pomerania and during which he died.
James Campbell was a physician or surgeon of the British garrison in Minorca, and possible travelling companion of Juan Salvador.

Levinus Vincent (1658-1727) was Dutch damask merchant and Anabaptist. He was an avid collector of natural and man-made artifacts whose visitor book recorded 3,500 patrons, including Peter the Great. The contents of his collection were published in a catalogue entitled ‘Wonder Theatre of Nature’.
