Chamberlayne has ‘inclos’d [the] Acct of the Pest at Copenhagen’, which he believes may be of interest to the Royal Society. He offers his translation services to Sloane and the Royal Society. John Chamberlayne was a translator and editor specializing in modern languages which he studied at the University of Leiden.
