Breyne received a letter from Dr Amman. He informs Sloane of the publication of his natural historical book. Breyne dedicated it to Sloane. He has sent copies for Dillenius and Miller and suggests that an extract is published in the Philosophical Transactions. Miller has sent him some plant specimens. Breyne requests the latest edition of the Philosophical Transactions, Catesby’s book, and Martin’s most recent work, if it has been published. Sloane is to send these things to Breyne, not Klein.
